Occupi is a tool for landlords and tenants that offers secure background and credit checks, certified through TransUnion, for rental properties including: RV/camper parks, mobile home parks, self storage facilities, and multi-family properties.
Occupi's founders were seeking a way to make it easier for landlords and tenants to exchange rent and provide a quick, simple path to submit and receive secure credit and background checks. RV parks, mobile home parks, and other similar rental properties see vastly different tenant volume and lease terms than luxury apartments, and Occupi needed an application that would embrace those differences.
MotionMobs advised on product development for the creation of an MVP, designed third-party integration architecture, led AI model selection and training, developed the custom web application, and created the roadmap for new feature additions, like tenant services and property management.
