MotionMobs Talk

MotionMobs is hiring again!

Seeking developers

You’re an incredibly motivated and creative developer with the ability to easily consider the details of your projects as well as the big picture. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can brainstorm solutions with other developers and ask for feedback on your code. Multitasking keeps your creativity flowing, and you enjoy not being trapped in one task for weeks on end.

Because of the wide variety of projects we work on, our developers are skilled in multiple languages to provide the best solutions for our clients. Our projects range from iOS apps written in Swift to Android apps written in Java to web apps written in Ruby and everything in between. Let us know what skills you could bring to our team.

Company culture

MotionMobs is a small, highly collaborative team with huge diversity in skill sets. As consultants as well as designers and developers, we take a very holistic approach to mobile and web app development. Each team member is involved in the process of moving from idea to wireframe to prototype to finished app. Our clients bring us all kinds of ideas, and we deliver consistent, high-quality work in native apps, and in the browser.

We’re a startup. We wear jeans, welcome our canine friends into the office, and love queso. None of us are here to just punch a clock; we’re here because we share a passion for innovation and believe we work better together rather than separately. What we get out of our work directly relates to what we put into it.

Requirements

  • Must have already mastered multiple programming languages and frameworks (Rails and Java experience preferred, Objective C and Swift experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in custom software development of high performance, extensible solutions
  • Great collaboration skills
  • Must be able to keep up with new technologies and integrate them into workflow
